Tingsha (or Tingshaw) are small Tibetan cymbals traditionally used in Buddhist rituals, meditation, and sound healing practices. They consist of two metal discs, usually made of a mix of bronze and other metals, connected by a leather strap or cord. When struck together, they produce a clear, high-pitched ringing sound that resonates for a long time.
